Universiteti i Tiranës, Fakulteti i Ekonomisë është një ndër partnerët e projektit: “UP-SKILLING RESEARCHERS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP BASED ON INNOVATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT (USE IPM)”, HORISON – WIDERA – 2022 - TALENTS – 03, i financuar nga Agjensia Europiane e Kërkimit. Më datë 03.10.2023, anëtarët e grupit të punës të përfshirë në projektin USE IPM, realizuan aktivitetin e parë në ambjentet e Fakultetit të Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, në kuadër të implementimit të këtij projekti. Aktiviteti kishte për qëllim shkëmbimin e përvojës dhe njohurive të përftuara nga tetë anëtarët e grupit të punës gjatë dy cikleve të trajnimit në organizatën partnere në projekt, European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA), në Strasburg, gjatë periudhës Gusht – Shtator 2023.
Në këtë aktivitet u realizuan disa prezantime në lidhje me tematikat më të rëndësishme të trajnimit nga ALDA, si: (i) Aplikimi për projekte në programe të ndryshme të financuara nga Bashkimi Europian; (i) Aspekte thelbësore të menaxhimit të projekteve; (iii) Organizimi i “Hub-eve” të ALDA sipas tematikave të ndryshme; (iv) Demonstrimi i detyrave individuale të realizuara nga anëtarët e grupit të punës gjatë dy cikleve të trajnimit nga ALDA.
Në përfundim të prezantimeve të realizuara, anëtarët e grupit të punës së projektit USE IPM diskutuan në lidhje me identifikimin e nevojave potenciale për projekte të ardhshme në Fakultetin e Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Tiranës në përputhje me përvojën e përftuar në ALDA.
The University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy (FEUT) is one of the partners of the HORISON – WIDERA – 2022 - TALENTS - 03 project entitled “UP-SKILLING RESEARCHERS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP BASED ON INNOVATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT (USE IPM)”. Eight members of FEUT team participated in first and second seccondment of USE IPM Talents’ at ALDA in Strasbourg during August – September 2023.
One of the planned activities within the USE IPM project focused on sharing talents’ experience and transfer knowledge, skills and best practices received at ALDA towards other members of the team of the University of Tirana. This activity was organized by the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, on 3rd October, 2023. The members of team seconded at ALDA presented their experience gained during the trainings in Strasbourg. Their presentations focused on the relevant topics, such as: (i) Introduction of diverse programs to apply for particular projects funded by European Union; (ii) Significant dimensions of project management; (iii) Organization of ALDA’s Hubs related to various thematic; (iv) Demonstration of individual tasks realized by first and second seccondment.
During this activity, the participants of academic staff member of Tirana University involved to discuss and to identify the potential needs in order to implement diverse projects at the University of Tirana in the future.
