Në datën 10.03.2023, Fakulteti i Ekonomisë organizoi Workshop-in me temë “Fintech në kuadrin e integrimit në BE”, si pjesë e projektit Jean Monnet, “FinTech and EU policy”. Workshop kishte për qëllim të eksploronte tendencat më të fundit në Fintech dhe të diskutonte se si ato mund të integrohen në sistemet ekzistuese financiare.
Aktiviteti u ndoq nga 10 pjesëmarrës, duke përfshirë akademikë dhe ekspertë të industrisë: Ministria e Ekonomisë dhe Financave; Credins Bank, Deloitte, Itech. Workshop filloi me një prezantim të Fintech dhe potencialin e tij për transformimin e sektorit financiar. Folësit theksuan rolin e Fintech në përmirësimin e përfshirjes financiare dhe rritjen e efikasitetit të sistemeve financiare.
Diskutimet u fokusuan në aspekte të ndryshme të Fintech, duke përfshirë pagesat dixhitale dhe legjislacionin. Pjesëmarrësit diskutuan implikimet rregullatore dhe etike të përdorimit të tij. Ky workshop përfshiu gjithashtu një panel diskutimi, ku ekspertë nga industria ndanë përvojat dhe njohuritë e tyre mbi integrimin Fintech. Panelistët diskutuan faktorët kryesorë që bizneset duhet të marrin parasysh kur përshtasin zgjidhjet Fintech, duke përfshirë rëndësinë e dizajnit të përqendruar te klienti, privatësinë e të dhënave dhe sigurinë.
Në përgjithësi, seminari ofroi një mundësi të shkëlqyer për pjesëmarrësit që të mësojnë rreth zhvillimeve më të fundit në Fintech dhe të shkëmbejnë ide me ekspertë të fushës. Veprimtaria tregoi përkushtimin e Fakultetit të Ekonomisë për t'iu ofruar studentëve dhe fakultetit mundësi për t'u angazhuar me tendencat dhe praktikat më të fundit.
